How it Works: the Pause Contrast Therapy Cycle

Those who have never tried contrast and cold therapy services before may be a bit worried about what this treatment entails, so allow us to break it down for you:

HEAT: Nine minutes

Toast yourself in our full-spectrum infrared sauna.

COLD: Three minutes

Plunge into sanitary, refreshing 48-degree water.

REST: Three minutes

Sit back and relax! Your body eases into homeostasis.

Want the maximum benefit? We recommend a 60-minute session. You go four times through the cycle: each time, the results are more profound.

If you’re in a hurry, why not cut the experience in half? We also offer a 30-minute contrast therapy session, where you plunge/heat up twice, instead of four times. You'll get the same benefits - at half the time.
